As you know I've been doing bi-weekly blog post for a while now, but I've realized that currently right now I can't keep doing that. So I've decided to put them on hold for a while. I'll do blog post here and there to talk about some new projects.
Like my next newest project will be some mystery pin set I wanna make, I've got the design decided on, I just have to make the backing design and then they should be good to go. They will be 4 dollars a piece for 1 pin, there is 4 normal pins to collect and then there will be 2 mystery pins that feature random holographic laminate. (Again holographic laminate is random due to what I have on hand at the time, and also I buy certain holographic laminate in bundles and each one only comes with a certain amount of each laminate.) All the pins will be metal backing too, I feel that looks better than the plastic backing and I personally like pins with a metal backing, I feel it looks more professional.
Now as for the shirts and totes, the totes I've realized the type I have gotten the straps fray a bit, if handled roughly, so I want to work on perhaps some care cards for both the totes and the shirts. But I recently got some t-shirt paper to put on the totes so now I can put full color images on shirts and totes. So far the only thing I've made though is sailor frogburt.
Speaking of frogburt and daisy, they will most likely stay my permanent characters for my brand for quite some time. I really like frogburt and have grown to love drawing him when I get the chance, the mystery pin packs are basically centered around him. As for daisy she will get more chances to shine, but drawing her helped me to remember why I make art, and why I like to sell my art to others. Its to make others smile, everyone deserves to smile at least once in their life you know? And if my stickers can bring a smile to everyone's faces even just for one day at a time, then I feel I have done what I wanted to do.
As for the prints I still want to do, I do want to do them. Its just been a tad hard creating art as of late, I still sketch, but wanting to actually sit down and draw has been a challenge. And then sometimes I get new ideas I want to roll with. So just have patience with me, I'll revisit the ideas eventually, as I still love the print ideas I had. I've come up with some new designs as well for maybe stickers. But I'm going to work on saving on resources for now, so I won't be making more stickers for a tiny bit.

The coloring book is still taking some time, its coming up with ideas is the hard part. So far I've only drawn out I think 6 pages? But I do want to make it, maybe 34 pages might be a bit much for me, cause thinking up 20-25 pages is a bit on the easier side, but I don't know we will see what happens there.
Been wanting to check out the coloring zines as well, I feel make a tiny little coloring book that I can make at home might be a fun little thing I can do. Kinda wanna make a small coloring book maybe about the dinosaur characters, including the two new dinos I've added to the group (they still don't have names but I'm thinking of looking up flower names and going by that, it feels on brand with what I draw and like.) But i also wanna make a small coloring book about frogburt and maybe daisy? I'm not sure I haven't sketched out nor gotten any ideas of what I wanna do.
Anyway I know its a shock that I'm stopping the bi-weekly blog post, but it won't be forever, I just want a little bit more comfort when making these blog post, cause I don't know what to say sometimes or what to talk about, and I think stopping the bi-weekly blog post for a bit will help give me a little breathing room for now.
