While there isn't a direct, one-click method to convert .cube files to .xmp files, you can achieve this using
a few different methods.
Using Photoshop
- Open Photoshop: Launch Adobe Photoshop.
- Create a New Document: Create a new document with any dimensions (it doesn't matter).
- Apply the .cube LUT: Go to Image > Adjustments > Apply Image.
- Load the .cube LUT: In the "Image to Apply" section, click the "Load" button and select your .cube file.
- Create an XMP Profile: Go to Edit > Color Settings. In the "Profiles" tab, click "Create New Profile".
- Name the Profile: Give your new profile a descriptive name.
- Apply the LUT: In the "Profile" dropdown menu, select your newly created profile.
- Save the Profile: Click "OK" to save the profile. This will create an .xmp file.
