⊹ Purchasing Avatars from my store grants you a personal license that is valid for you and only you, this applies to assets if purchased under the "Personal License" instead of the commercial one

⊹ You are not permitted to resell / share and or upload my avatars to Vrchat Publicly

⊹ You are not permitted to claim my avatars even if you have edited it yourself

⊹ You are not permitted to take assets or head / body sculpts off my avatars

⊹ You must enter all of your information correctly when purchasing a product , putting incorrect information invalidates your rights to use said product

⊹ All social media posts of my products MUST be credited to either my payhip or instagram

⊹ If you wish to upload your products to an alternate account please join my discord server and open a ticket

⊹ If you choose to purchase/download anything from this shop and or my discord server you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and all of its following Conditions on all products listed.

⊹ NO refunds on any products

⊹ If you are banned , blacklisted and or removed from my store or discord you lose all rights to use any of my products - including but not limited to Avatars , Nitro Items , Server Freebies and Assets

⊹ As the consumer you are required to know basic unity/upload knowledge before purchasing my products as if you don't it is not my issue

⊹ Failure to read , agree and follow the tos will result in a ban in my server and from my store(s)

⊹ If you are choosing to gift a product you must put the receiver's and your information into the checkout information

⊹ Gifted Products gives the license to the receiver , and only the receiver . As the gifter you are not permitted to use the receivers license and much purchase it yourself separately

⊹ Gifted Items follow the same TOS and TOU as any other product would
