This License Agreement governs the use of all 3D models, textures, assets, and digital content sold or distributed through this server.
1. Ownership and Copyright
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership rights remain with the original creator unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchase of a model grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital asset under the terms outlined below.
Copyright protection applies automatically under:
- Swedish Copyright Act (Lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk), Chapter 1 §1.
- EU Copyright Framework.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation may constitute copyright infringement.

2. Personal License
Unless otherwise stated in writing, every purchase includes a Personal Use License only.
The license is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, gifted, sublicensed, or otherwise provided to another individual or organization.
3. Prohibition of Redistribution
You may not:
- Upload the model to websites, forums, repositories, Discord servers, or cloud services for public or private distribution.
- Share files with friends, team members, customers, or third parties.
- Include the model in asset packs, model collections, or downloadable content.
Any unauthorized redistribution constitutes a breach of this agreement and may violate copyright law.
4. Prohibition of Resale
You may not:
- Resell the original files.
- Claim authorship of the model.
- Offer the model for sale on marketplaces or websites.
- Sell access to the files through subscriptions, memberships, or bundled products.
5. Modifications
You may modify the model for your own personal projects.
However, modified versions remain derivative works based on the original copyrighted asset and may not be redistributed, sold, or shared without written permission from the copyright holder.
Swedish copyright law also protects the creator's moral rights, including protection against unauthorized alterations that may harm the creator's reputation.
6. Commercial Use
Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly stated in writing or included in the product description at the time of purchase.
Where commercial use is permitted, the scope of the license remains limited to the permissions specifically granted.
All other rights remain reserved.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the files have been delivered, downloaded, or otherwise made accessible.
Within the European Union, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right may be waived for digital content that is delivered immediately after the consumer has expressly consented to such delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

8. Enforcement and Violations
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate revocation of the license.
- Removal from the server.
- Permanent suspension from future purchases.
- Legal action where applicable.
The creator reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" without guarantees regarding compatibility with every software version, game modification, platform, or custom project.
The seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, project delays, or other consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Swedish law and relevant European Union regulations.
