Unhappy with the work:

If at any point you are unhappy with the quality of our work please bring it up with us and we can talk about what you were hoping to see in the work, keeping in mind we do have a size limitation from VRChat for the world so it will not be 4k textures all over the place...

Lifetime warranty:

We do have a lifetime warranty with everything we do. How ever if anything is broken in our ToS the warranty is voided out. The files would be put as public.

Full upfront price:

This is protection for us as the creators so that we do not get scammed for our work, this fee is in place so there if there were to be a case where someone refused to pay, we would still get something for our time that went into the work.

Refusing the request / commission:

At any point, if we feel that the client or world is asking too much from us, we can refuse to do it. (examples being: nsfw worlds, asking for extra things to be added after paying, client is being disrespectful and rude.)

Add-ons:

Any and all custom addons will be supplied by you, under no circumstances are we obligated to or will make the addon / find the addon for you unless it was listed in the addons list. Also if we do not have an asset you request you are responsible for getting us the file(s) for said asset.

Privacy policy:

All information will not be shared or stored anywhere. Every private information is protected.

By contacting me (FoxSt0rmVR) through dm's or on any server this was posted on you agree that you have read and will follow the Terms of service.
