Forest Temple is a wellness shop founded by Antonio Suárez, formerly a freelance 2D Animator and Digital/Graphic Designer. After 27 years of working independently and not getting the sense of accomplishment he had hoped, his focus gradually moved away towards health and spirituality. Inspired by a holistic lifestyle and personal events, he took courses in health, nutrition and naturopathy. He opened Forest Temple (formerly Healing Shards) as a way to reach out to his family, friends and the community with natural remedies and nutritious food that will help them balance their lifestyles.

Forest Temple's mission is to provide affordable and natural supplements to boost energy levels, strengthen the immune system, and decrease stress―helping find inner peace and clarity of mind.
