I wanted to share a quick tutorial on how I made these cute Halftone Star wallpapers in Procreate. Unfortunately, you do need an iPad in order to use Procreate. If you already have one, then Procreate is $12.99 USD at the time of this post. I can't explain how much use I've gotten out of this program since my initial purchase. Well worth the money~
