About Me
I’m Dana Iser, founder of Frontline Systems Lab.
My background spans technology, digital systems, and frontline operations.
Over time, I found myself repeatedly solving the same kind of problem: work was happening every day, but the systems around it often made it harder than it should be to see what was happening, prove it, measure it, and improve it.
That led me to build practical controls, workflows, dashboards, templates, automation, and AI-assisted tools designed around real operational use—not theory.
Frontline Systems Lab grew out of that work.
The philosophy is straightforward:
- Control before complexity.
- Find the blind spot.
- Establish trustworthy evidence.
- Design the smallest useful control.
- Pilot it.
- Measure it.
Then standardize, revise, or abandon it based on what actually happened.
I build tools for people who need operations to work in the real world.
See it. Control it. Prove it. Improve it.
