The GRIEF Ladies are Karyn Arnold and Kelly Daugherty — two grief experts with over 50 years of combined experience walking alongside individuals after the death of someone they love. Their work is grounded in lived experience and decades of professional practice across hospice, counseling, community programs, and online support spaces. Together, they created the G.R.I.E.F. framework and a shared mission: to offer honest conversations, practical tools, and community so no one feels alone or rushed in their grief. They believe in real support, real connection, and guiding people as they find their footing in life after loss.
