Terms of Use

All items comes with Personal License and Small Commercial Standard License. The standard license is limited to a maximum of 500 reproductions, whether in print on online. So if you use a design for digital scrapbooking sets, for example, you could only sell a maximum of 500 copies. If using the designs for print, you could for example, only print 500 copies of a flyer, CD cover, magazine etc.

For higher quantities of reproduction (over 500), you can either buy a Standard license again (thus adding another 500 impressions), or you may buy a Commercial use License. Please note this License is limited to a maximum of 1000 sales per project.

For use on unlimited projects with unlimited sales, you must buy an Extended License.

Remember that you are buying a license to use the design, not the design itself. I retain the copyright to all the designs.

Please contact thegoldenring [at] gmail.com for advice if you’re unsure about the type of license you need for your project. You may be asked to produce your proof of purchase/print run receipt if there is doubt as to your usage of my images.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GVGraphics against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image.

GVGRAPHICS PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND IMAGES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. I OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY IMAGES, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GVGRAPHICS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

GVGRAPHICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE IMAGES.
