Don Gillis is a Senior Technical Trainer and licensed HVACR Journeyman with more than 35 years of industry experience in field service, installation, repair, technical support, and training.

Don has served as a Senior Technical Trainer with Copeland Compressors and Chemours, delivering technical training to HVACR professionals nationwide. In 2024, he was recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Influential HVAC Educators.
