Hello! I'm Rev. Melanie M. Thigpen, the founder of Glory Butterfly Media and the creator of the Adonai & Me Bible study curriculum.

I am a minister, author, and teacher with a heart for women who are figuring out who God says they are, especially in the seasons when everything else has had a louder voice. My work lives at the intersection of faith, identity, and honest conversation. I don't write for the woman who has it all together. I write for the one who is still becoming, still healing, still learning to trust what God says over what the world has spoken.

Glory Butterfly Media exists to create resources that meet women in the real of their lives, not the polished version, and walk them deeper into the truth of who they are in Christ. That looks like Bible studies, devotional guides, teaching curriculum, workbooks, and more. If it helps a woman sit with God longer, hear His voice more clearly, and walk in what He has already spoken over her, it belongs here.

Create Your Place of Light was the first offering in this store, but it will not be the last. Everything I build is rooted in the same conviction. That you were made on purpose, that God is speaking, and that you deserve resources that treat your faith like the serious, personal, life-changing thing it actually is.
