At Edusol – Educational Solutions for Teachers, we create clear, ready‑to‑use digital lessons designed to support strong instruction and meaningful student progress. Because all products are digital and instantly accessible, our refund policy is structured to protect both teachers and creators.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Less than 20% of the individual files have been downloaded
- The main ZIP file has not been fully downloaded or extracted
- The materials have not been used, shared, uploaded, or distributed in any form
- The purchase was made by mistake or the customer is unable to access the files
If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund.
Non‑Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds if:
- The main ZIP file has been downloaded
- The customer has used, shared, or distributed any part of the resource
- The request is made after 7 days
- The customer expected features not included in the product description
- The purchase was made for school reimbursement and later denied
Digital products cannot be “returned,” so once the full content is accessed, the sale becomes final.
