Unless stated otherwise, no, GFX packs are not updated. However, for in-season packs like my Black Ops 6 GFX Pack, updates will be provided throughout the current Call of Duty year. Once the game dies off or transitions out of relevance, updates may stop, but the pack will remain available unless stated otherwise via my Twitter or other platforms.
