Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using our membership.
By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
1. About Wellness Academy
Green Means Growth | Wellness Academy is a premium digital wellness education membership offering resources that may include:
- Exclusive 7-day wellness courses.
- Collections of 27 plant-based recipes for everyday wellness.
- Additional 27-recipe collections exploring nutritional support for specific health concerns.
- Premium educational articles and newsletters.
- Practical information about nutrition, preventive wellness, healthy habits, and related wellness topics.
Membership benefits depend on the content available under your selected plan. Content may be added, updated, reorganized, or discontinued as the publication develops.
2. Monthly Membership and Recurring Payments
The standard individual membership is offered at $14.99 per month, unless another price is displayed at checkout.
By purchasing a monthly membership, you authorize recurring subscription payments through Payhip and its supported payment providers.
Your subscription automatically renews according to your billing cycle until canceled.
The applicable subscription price, billing frequency, and any taxes or additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
We will provide notice of material subscription changes when required by applicable law.
3. Membership Activation and Access
Membership payments are processed through Payhip.
Premium educational content is accessed through our private beehiiv publication:

Following payment:
- Visit the Wellness Academy publication.
- Request subscriber access using the email address associated with your Payhip purchase.
- Allow your membership status to be verified.
- Complete any required email confirmation steps.
- Access available premium resources after approval.
Payment and newsletter access are separate steps.
Access may be denied, suspended, or discontinued when payment cannot be verified, membership becomes inactive, or these terms are materially violated.
4. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time.
To stop future recurring payments, you must cancel your paid subscription through your Payhip customer account.
For membership products, you can generally:
- Sign in to your Payhip customer account.
- Open your account settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Locate your Wellness Academy membership.
- Select the cancellation option and complete the process.
Unsubscribing from beehiiv, deleting newsletter emails, or choosing not to use membership resources does not cancel your paid Payhip subscription.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals once successfully processed. Your access to premium content may end upon cancellation.
Please cancel before your next scheduled billing date if you do not want another charge.
Remember, your wellness journey can take a break whenever you choose, but your subscription cannot read your mind!
5. Refund Policy
All membership payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us.
Please review our separate Refund Policy before purchasing.
6. Educational and Medical Disclaimer
All Wellness Academy materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Our articles, courses, recipes, and other educational resources are not substitutes for professional medical, nutritional, mental health, or other healthcare advice.
Nothing in our educational materials is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making significant changes to your diet, supplements, medications, exercise, or other wellness practices, especially if you have an existing health condition.
Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, weight loss, improvement in a medical condition, or personal transformation.
Our 7-day wellness courses may be repeated weekly over approximately one month to help reinforce learning and healthy habits, but doing so does not guarantee specific results.
We teach wellness—not perform medical miracles with a blender and a motivational speech!
7. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated, Wellness Academy's original written content, courses, recipes as presented in our educational materials, graphics, branding, and other proprietary resources are owned by or licensed to Green Means Growth | Wellness Academy.
Your individual membership provides limited, personal, nonexclusive access to the resources included with your subscription.
You may use the materials for personal education, but you may not reproduce entire course materials, redistribute paid newsletters, resell digital resources, or share private membership access without written permission.
Organizations purchasing memberships must obtain appropriate access for their authorized participants. An individual subscription does not automatically include company-wide distribution rights.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights or uses permitted by applicable law.
8. Appropriate Use
Members agree not to:
- Share their login credentials or paid access with unauthorized individuals.
- Redistribute or sell premium materials without permission.
- Attempt to bypass membership access restrictions.
- Use our services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of our platforms.
We may restrict access for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Availability and Third-Party Platforms
We use Payhip for membership billing and beehiiv for premium content delivery.
These platforms may experience maintenance periods, service interruptions, or technical problems outside our direct control.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain access and address reported problems.
If you experience difficulty activating your membership or receiving purchased content, please contact us so we can investigate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green Means Growth | Wellness Academy and its contributors are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our educational materials or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liabilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our membership evolves.
Material changes will be communicated when required by law, and the revised effective date will be displayed.
