Once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered "used," and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for "change of mind" or "incorrect purchase."

Exceptions:

Technical Issues: If you encounter a corrupted file or a broken link, contact us at [Your-Grid-Logic-Gmail] within 24 hours of purchase, and we will manually send you a fresh copy.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice, please provide both order numbers for a refund of the second charge.
