Grieve Loud Collective Terms of Service / Client Agreement


Introduction

Welcome to The Grieve Loud Collective (TGLC) with Lita Renee. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all TGLC digital products and services, including the Companion Calls. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to these terms.




1. Nature of the Companion & Coaching Services

The Grieve Loud Collective (TGLC) and Lita Renee, a certified Grief Companion and Coach, provide coaching and companionship services and proprietary digital tools designed to guide clients through the active process of grief, help establish structure, and encourage the building of a personal legacy.

Lita Renee is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, or counselor. The services provided by TGLC, including the Companion Call and all digital products, are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

2. Scope of Companion Calls

The 30-Minute Companion Call is specifically designed to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for the client to express their feelings and speak about their experiences. TGLC and Lita Renee expressly agree not to offer clinical advice, psychological solutions, medical guidance, or therapeutic interventions during these calls. Clients understand and agree that the value of the Companion Call lies solely in providing compassionate listening and validation, consistent with companion services.

3. Client Responsibility & Liability

The client understands that TGLC services are strictly educational, informational, and supportive. The client is solely responsible for their own well-being, life choices, and the outcomes resulting from their participation in TGLC services and the use of the Grieve Loud Collective Digital Product Bundles. The client agrees to hold TGLC and Lita Renee harmless from any and all claims related to medical or mental health issues.

4. Payment and Refund Policy for Digital Products

A. Payments: All payments for the Grieve Loud Collective Digital Product Bundles are due in full at the time of purchase via the methods specified on the PayHip platform.

B. Digital Product Refunds: We are committed to providing supportive and professional services. If a client is unable to proceed, we will review the refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure the matter is accommodated respectfully and in accordance with our terms. Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital products (the Bundles), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided to the client. Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis if the client can demonstrate a technical failure preventing access to the product files, and the issue cannot be resolved by TGLC support.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy for Companion Calls

A. Scheduling: All 30-Minute Companion Calls must be scheduled by the client using the designated link provided after purchase.

B. Client Cancellation/Rescheduling: The client may reschedule a purchased Companion Call one time if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice, or subsequent reschedules, will be considered a forfeiture of the session fee.

C. No-Show Policy: If the client fails to attend the scheduled call without prior notification (a "no-show"), the session will be considered rendered and the session fee will be forfeited.

D. TGLC Cancellation: If Lita Renee needs to cancel a session, the client will be offered a full refund for that session or the option to reschedule at their earliest convenience.

6. Access and Delivery of Products and Services

A. Digital Product Bundles: Upon successful completion of payment, the client will immediately receive an email receipt from PayHip containing a secure link to download the purchased Grieve Loud Collective Digital Product Bundle(s). The client is responsible for downloading and securely storing the files promptly.

B. Companion Calls: Upon successful completion of payment for a 30-Minute Companion Call, the client will receive instructions via email on how to access the coaching account or the designated scheduling platform. It is the client's responsibility to complete the scheduling process as outlined in the instruction email to book their video call time.

C. Platform Requirement: The client understands that Companion Calls are conducted via a specified video platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc., which allows for faceless video) and is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary device and internet access to participate at the scheduled time.

7. Linked Digital Services and Third-Party Tools

The Grieve Loud Collective utilizes several third-party platforms to deliver and manage services. By engaging TGLC, you understand and agree that your interaction with these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

A. Scheduling: All bookings for Companion Calls are managed through Calendly. By using this scheduling service, you agree to Calendly's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

B. Communication & Marketing: TGLC uses Octopus for email marketing, communication, and client relationship management. By opting-in to TGLC communications, you agree that your data will be processed through Octopus, in accordance with their policies.

C. Data Protection: TGLC is not responsible for any actions, policies, or breaches by these third-party services. However, TGLC will ensure that reasonable efforts are made to use GDPR-compliant service providers.
