All products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All products sold through GstaikDesigns are digital files delivered immediately after payment is processed. The moment your order is confirmed, you gain access to the download - there is no way to "return" a digital product, and access cannot be revoked.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full. This applies to all products across every platform including Payhip, Etsy, and Gumroad.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

• Software incompatibility not stated in the product description ✕
• Failure to read the product description before buying ✕
• Claiming the files were not opened or used ✕
• Disputes filed after successfully downloading files ✕
• Dissatisfaction with the style or content of the pack ✕

If you experience a genuine technical delivery issue - such as a broken link or corrupted download - please reach out before filing a dispute. Legitimate delivery failures are handled promptly.

Usage License

What you can and cannot do with purchased assets

Unless explicitly stated in a product listing, all purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets in your creative work.

• Social media content, streaming assets, branding, and apparel ✓
• Client work — assets integrated into a final deliverable, not re-sold raw ✓

Not permitted:

• Re-selling, redistributing, or sharing the raw files ✕
• Claiming authorship or original ownership of the assets ✕
• Uploading files to other stores or asset marketplaces ✕

Including raw packs in your own bundles without written permission

Important notice: Some products sold by GstaikDesigns are curated or collected bundles assembled from third-party resources, free asset libraries, and publicly sourced materials. GstaikDesigns does not claim full original ownership or exclusive commercial rights over every individual asset included in these bundles.

The price you pay covers the time, expertise, and effort of curation — discovering, organising, and packaging resources into a convenient, quality collection. You are paying for that bundled value, not necessarily an exclusive commercial license to every individual file.

• Note on fonts & third-party assets

Font files are especially subject to their original authors' licenses. Inclusion of a font in a pack does not automatically make it free for commercial use. Always verify the license of any font before using it in logos, merchandise, or commercial products.
