6. Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Please purchase carefully, because, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g. if product is defective) therefore refund requests will not be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, due to the fact that the product (s) is/are a digital item (s) that would have been "downloaded" so cannot be returned to us, unlike a "physical product " that could be returned to us in the post.
