WORKOUT PLAN

Each client will receive a personalized workout plan designed to fit around their current lifestyle with your goals and experience in mind.


When I meet you at the gym, I will have already made you a personalize workout program tailored specifically for YOU! You will also be added to my fitness app, you will be able to track workouts and watch video demonstration for all yo exercises so you know exactly what you are doing if you continue to workout alone or at home.

CHECK-INS & SUPPORT

Each week we will check in. This is a chance for us to catch up on the last weeks activities, highlight the positives, make any adjustments and set goals for the upcoming week.


Throughout your fitness journey, we will communicate regularly using the chat function once added to the workout app. Building a personal relationship with all of my clients is important to me and will help you too. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, struggles, achievements and day to day life with me so I can help keep you on track!
