About Me
Hi! I'm Erin Kuglin, the mom behind Habits of a Healthy Home.
For almost 3 years, I've been researching (my family would say "obsessing over") clean eating. I've studied holistic nutrition and continue to learn from professionals in the functional health and wellness world. My biggest goal is to help my kids grow up healthy and thriving while my husband and I build habits that will keep us active and healthy for years to come. As a former elementary school teacher, I've always felt called to help others learn β and now I'm bringing that same passion to families who want to live a little healthier.
Along the way, I've realized that so many moms want to make healthier choices for their families but simply don't have the time or energy to figure it all out.
I get it. Our days are full, our evenings often revolve around sports, and I want my kids to have balanced meals to refuel after practices and games. But getting a wholesome dinner on the table doesn't always come easily. For me, the hardest part was figuring out what to make. And then making a shopping list? That was a chore all on its own!
One day, my daughter wanted to sit down and plan a menu together. We made one and hung it on the wall, and I couldn't believe how much it helped our family! Everyone knew what was for dinner, grocery shopping became easier, and the daily βWhat's for dinner?β question finally had an answer.
When my son's friends came over, they'd go home and tell their moms about our menu. Eventually, one of those moms reached out and asked if I could help her do the same.
That's how The Fall Family Table was born.
Over the past few years, I've spent countless hours narrowing down our family's favorite recipes and modifying them to meet my clean-eating standards. I've taken the meals we love, made adjustments where needed, and brought them together into a four-week dinner plan that's balanced, practical, and full of meals my family actually wants to eat.
I kept family favorites like spaghetti and tacos, added cozy soups and casseroles, and included slow-cooker meals for our busiest days. Then I put together the recipes and weekly shopping lists so you don't have to start from scratch.
But I wanted to share more than just meal ideas. I also wanted to pass along what I've learned about choosing cleaner options for everyday life. That's why I included the brands I've researched and personally use in my own kitchen, along with simple food education to help you feel more confident about the choices you make for your family. My recommendations are independent β I'm not paid by the brands I feature.
I put so much love and care into this bundle, and I hope it makes your family's weeks a little easier, too. If you know another busy mom who could use a little help, I'd love for you to spread the word!
I'm so glad you're here. Here's to making healthy living feel a little easier, one meal and one habit at a time. π
On Instagram, I also share cleaner swaps for your home, beauty routine, and more. Come say hi at @HabitsOfAHealthyHome!
