Returns Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. The postage costs will not be covered for returns, hence you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds Policy:

Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can prepare your items and deliver it back to us and your refund will be processed to your original payment method in 3-7 working days.

We do not offer a refund for any lost packages as we are not responsible for postage issues.

Any mistakes made in customers address can not be changed after a confirmation email has been received. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund, therefore kindly ensure that you correctly input your details.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for items on sale will be according to the sale price, not the original price.

Exchanges:

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at haniyadesigns.help@outlook.com

Shipping:

Please note that we require an average of 1-10 working days to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 1-7 days, depending on the shipping option you chose. Please consider that holidays, post office strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping (6-7 days)
• Express Shipping (1-3 days)

We are not responsible for paying any custom fees or other charges with your package.

We are not responsible for any items that are unfortunately lost in transit by the shipping carrier service.

Pre-ordered items

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Haniya Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. All items are thoroughly checked for faults/defects, and we understand that accidents may occur, but please remember that items damaged by the customer will not be exchanged or refunded.
