I do not consider 3 of the same item a bulk order.

Long story short, some people are just not nice and are illegally representing people. Etsy doesn't know the difference between a fake and real report, so they handle everything as if it was real. Also Etsy plays games with its search function and has been increasing fees over the last couple of years, so it means with some stuff I can charge less here. You'll notice if you followed my Etsy store that some things are sold cheaper here!

When your item is shipped, You will get notified and be given a tracking number.

Due to the nature of the things I make, if I don't already have a blank made for plugs for example, it means I have to pour and cure them which takes a few days. So I like to tell people it could take 7 to 10 days to ship, but I usually end up shipping within 2 to 4 days.

No, but you never know, you might one day. The process of creating that much stock and then having a young kiddo just doesn't make it easy to attend as a vendor. However I know people who attend every year. Maybe if you spot them and tell me, you'll get a special discount! Cut off for orders for the 2025 Gathering will have to be July 31st. So get those orders in!

If you ordered the wrong size or item, you will be responsible for paying shipping to return the item.

Yes! But be warned that custom is often more expensive than what I already make, especially if I have to create a whole new design.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront. Once completed I'll send you pictures and then the remaining 50% will be due prior to shipping.

If you decide to cancel the custom order after I have started it, you will be refunded the deposit MINUS the cost of the work I had already started. This helps cover my time and supplies that were used up to that point.

Bulk orders are not considered custom orders. However you can place a custom order that involves high quantities.

Bulk orders are 100% prior to the order being started.
