Hello all and welcome,
This first post serves as an announcement for my first ever ebook! ‘P.O.S.E.’ is a workbook that I created for artists and creatives like me—so much to create but struggling to do so with positive and progressive intention. The goal of this workbook is to get the gears turning, it is not a ‘cure all’. Reflection and introspection are a gradual process, it will not happen overnight but my goal and purpose is to nudge you into the beginning of that journey!
If no one has told you yet, let me be the first to say: It is more than okay to ‘break the mold’. It’s even better when you are living in your authentic truth, in the here and now. But, living in “now” is not enough. You must also must learn how to own your story, find confidence in your image, and give yourself permission to express who you are.
I challenge you to take your first genuine look in the mirror and begin your path of self reflection and introspection. I thank you for your support in my journey of becoming an author.
And remember, you control your destiny.
