Hawk Development - Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, asset, or service provided by Hawk Development, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Violation of any of the following terms may result in a permanent ban from our group, revocation of purchased assets, or legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.
1. Product Usage Rights
All products created and distributed by Hawk Development are the intellectual property of Hawk Development and its authorized creators. When you purchase an asset, you are granted a license to use it for personal or project use, not ownership of the asset itself.
2. No Unauthorized Distribution
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, leaking, or redistributing Hawk Development products to individuals or groups who have not purchased them through official channels. This includes uploading files to public repositories, sharing in Discord servers, or directly sending to others.
3. No Misrepresentation
You may not claim any Hawk Development products as your own creation. This includes showcasing our assets in portfolios, development showcases, or communities without proper credit or implying ownership.
4. No Resale Without Permission
You are not allowed to resell, trade, or distribute Hawk Development assets in any form, whether for Robux, real-world currency, or other value, without explicit written permission from a Hawk Development administrator.
5. Violations and Consequences
Any violation of these terms may lead to:
- Revocation of access to all Hawk Development products
- Blacklisting from future purchases or services
- Reporting to Roblox and affiliated platforms
- Legal action in extreme cases
6. Changes to Terms
Hawk Development reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
