The Practice Manual ("we," "us") makes templates, worksheets and simple tools for people who run a professional practice. We are a small business based in Florida, United States. This policy explains what information we collect at thepracticemanual.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you download a free resource: your email address, and your name if you give it.
• When you buy a product: your name, email address, billing country, the products you bought and what you paid.
• When you email us: your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
• When you visit the site: basic technical details such as your browser type, device and general location, collected automatically by our store platform.

We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal.

What we don't collect

Our templates run in your own accounts, such as your own Notion workspace. We cannot see anything you or your clients enter into a template after you download it.

How we use your information

• To deliver the products and free resources you request
• To send receipts, product updates and replies to your questions
• To send our email newsletter with practice-system tips and new products, if you joined our list
• To prevent fraud and meet our tax and legal obligations
• To understand, in general terms, how people use our site so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store:

• Payhip: our store platform, which hosts the site, delivers downloads and stores customer records
• Stripe and PayPal: to process payments
• Mailerlite: to send our email newsletter

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our email list

When you download a free resource, you join our email list. We send the resource and occasional tips and product news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. We never add you to the list just because you bought something, unless you also choose to join.

Cookies

Our store platform uses cookies, small files saved by your browser, to keep your cart working, remember your settings and measure site visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep email-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

Our products are made for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
