Sisterhood… can we talk for a moment?
Not the polished, “I’m okay” kind of talk, the real one.
The one where you admit that sometimes…
waiting is hard.
The prayers have been prayed.
The faith is there.
But if you’re honest, there are days you wonder,
“God… what about me?”
And if that’s you, I want you to know something today…
You are not alone in this!
We often call this season “waiting to be loved.”
But when you look at the story of Ruth, you realize something powerful, Ruth wasn’t just waiting.
She was becoming.
She was grieving.
She was adjusting.
She was stepping into the unknown, with faith.
She didn’t have clarity.
She didn’t have guarantees.
But she kept going anyway.
Can I Be Honest With You?
Some of you are tired.
Tired of being strong.
Tired of being the one who “has it together.”
Tired of watching others receive what you’ve been praying for.
And maybe you’ve asked quietly,
“Am I being overlooked?”
Sister… no.
God does not overlook His daughters.
Not one prayer has been ignored.
Not one tear has been wasted.
Have you ever thought that “ What If This Season Is About me?”
Not about who hasn’t come yet.
Not about what hasn’t happened yet.
But about who you are becoming right now.
You see in this very season:
God is strengthening you.
He’s healing parts of your heart you don’t even talk about.
He’s teaching you discernment.
He’s building a foundation that won’t collapse when love comes.
Its not delay!
This is development.
When love enters your life, there will be clarity.
No confusion.
No mixed signals.
No inconsistency.
The right person will see you, honor you and choose you…intentionally.
The right love will not make you question your worth.
It will recognize what God has already built in you.
So What Do We Do Now?
We don’t shrink.
We don’t settle.
We don’t lose ourselves trying to be chosen.
We become!
We become women who are whole.
Women who are rooted in God.
Women who know their value—whether someone sees it yet or not.
Because we were never waiting to be completed.
Let’s pray…
Lord,
You see every woman reading this.
You know her heart, her desires, and the moments she feels unseen.
Strengthen her in this season.
Remind her that she is chosen by You first.
Help her to embrace becoming, instead of fearing the wait.
And prepare her for the love that aligns with Your will.
Amen.
Sis… you are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are not too late.
You are becoming.
And what God has for you…
will find you in that becoming.
