- DO NOT resell or claim anything as your own work.
- DO NOT share avatar or asset files with ANYONE.
- DO NOT upload your purchased avatar as public, they MUST be private.
- NO REFUNDS. All products are digital downloads, meaning once you gain access, you lose your consumer right to a refund. ! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SPENDING AND PURCHASES !
- Once you max out your download cap on any purchased products, I am not responsible for maintaining your files. It is up to you to keep your files in check.
- If future game updates break anything on my models I will not be held accountable for it. (Though I will do my best to fix major issues)
- Any and all instances of blatant breaking of TOS will result in a BAN from the store, and you will lose download access to all previously purchased products. ! NO EXCEPTIONS !
