These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of Notion templates ("Template") by Hold Fast Maintenance ("Company") to individuals ("Buyer"). By purchasing and downloading the Template, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined herein.

1. Scope of Agreement:

1.1. The Agreement covers the purchase and use of the Notion Template offered by Hold Fast Maintenance, distributed via a link in a PDF format.

2. Intellectual Property:

2.1. The Template and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of Hold Fast Maintenance.

2.2. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for personal use only.

3. Distribution:

3.1. The Buyer agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or share the Template with any third party.

3.2. Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action and termination of the Buyer's access to the Template.

4. Sale and Delivery:

4.1. The sale of the Template is fully refundable, if requested via email, within 60 days of purchase, as a release promotion.

4.2. Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive a PDF containing a link to access and download the Template.

5. Payment:

5.1. Payment for the Template is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.

5.2. The Company does not store or have access to the Buyer's payment information.

6. Customer Service:

6.1. Customer service is available via email at [info@holdfastmaintenance.com].

6.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries within a reasonable time frame.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. Hold Fast Maintenance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Template.

7.2. The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the Template.

8. Disclaimer:

8.1. The Template is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Modification of Terms:

9.1. Hold Fast Maintenance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on the Company's website.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

By purchasing and downloading the Template, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Buyer does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should refrain from purchasing and using the Template.
