Holly Runion is a trauma-informed grief guide, somatic practitioner, and ordained Universal Life minister, offering a spiritual lens that is inclusive, non-dogmatic, and rooted in lived experience. She believes healing begins when we show up as our full, flawed, radiant selves. A U.S. Army veteran and survivor of complex PTSD, she has spent over a decade guiding others through the long, nonlinear journey of healing.

She helps people move from survival mode into body and nervous system safety, emotional clarity, and real peace using nervous system regulation, intuitive voicework, and sacred grief support. Her work centers those who’ve done “the work” but still carry a deep, unspoken heaviness and are ready to come home to themselves. A lifelong singer, she deeply honors the healing power of voice - not just in song, but in reclaiming the right to speak, feel, and be fully seen.
