1. Digital Products

All items available through Home with Jana are digital downloads unless otherwise noted.

No physical items will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link via email and on the confirmation page.

All digital products are delivered as high-quality PDF files.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the software, applications, or devices needed to open and use these files (such as Adobe Acrobat, GoodNotes, or Notability).

2. Payment & Order Processing

Payments are securely processed through Payhip’s integrated checkout system.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Your order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and your digital files have been delivered.

3. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

Once your files have been downloaded, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact me directly HERE, and I’ll gladly help you resolve the problem or resend your files.

4. Personal Use License

All Home with Jana products are intended for personal use only.

You may download, print, and use your purchase for your own private purposes.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the files to others
• Claim the designs as your own
• Upload the files to any sharing platform or resale site

By purchasing, you agree to respect the creative work and intellectual property that goes into each design.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please reach out within 7 days of purchase.

I’ll be happy to verify the order and issue a replacement product or alternative of equal value.

6. Product Updates

When planners or journals are updated (e.g., new yearly editions or additional features), they are sold as separate items unless otherwise specified.

Customers who have previously purchased a version may occasionally receive discounted upgrade offers through the newsletter.

7. Availability & Changes

I do my best to keep all product listings current, but availability, pricing, and content may change at any time without notice.

If an unexpected technical issue delays your file delivery, you’ll be contacted immediately with a resolution or alternate download link.
