Hey, it’s Coach Hoss — husband, father, certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach, and content creator. First, I just want to say thank you for being here and supporting my work.
Fitness has been life-changing for me. It didn’t just transform my body; it gave me confidence, discipline, and the mindset to tackle challenges I never thought I could. That’s why I’m highly passionate about helping others — because I know how hard it can feel to start or stay consistent, and I also know how powerful even the smallest steps can be.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients around the world, helping them build strength, lose fat, and most importantly, gain the confidence that carries over into every part of life.
I also love experimenting in the kitchen and sharing creative, high-protein recipes online. What started as a way to make my own fitness journey more enjoyable ended up reaching millions of people worldwide, proving that eating well doesn’t have to be bland or boring.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to help people see what they’re capable of, stay consistent without feeling restricted, and realize that fitness is less about perfection — and more about progress.
