We foster and embrace a genuine continuity of service from uniform to Leather. We seek out and encourage acts of service through volunteer efforts, education, mentoring, donations, fundraising support, and crisis management. We firmly hold to the conviction that service is expressed as much in the small daily efforts we make on behalf of others, and not merely the work we put into larger efforts when called upon. Service is not convenient or performative, it is a calling we answer at all times.

We believe that effective leadership is the creation of victory conditions for your people, and putting the time and effort into ensuring they have the support and resources needed to achieve them. We feel that leadership is a learned, perishable skill, and actively seek opportunities to encourage, mentor, and foster growth in the next generation of Community Leadership.

We are dedicated and mindful of preserving our various histories, and documenting the processes and evolution from what was to what is. We feel it is entirely possible to express respect for legacy, traditions, and protocols without becoming blinded by or hidebound to them. Growth is the accumulation of past wisdom applied to the forward momentum of progress. We are committed to making that actionable distinction in ways that represent the best possible outcomes for our communities.

We are committed to being a thoroughly vetted, consistent, and reliable resource for those looking to expand upon their knowledge of mil-spec, Leather, skill training, and the rational and pragmatic application of traditions, rituals and protocols found within this and other specific kink structures. We actively seek out those with a true desire to lean into a wide range of skills and lenses in their efforts to serve others on their journey, and as they grow.

Past "Each One, Teach One", we embrace the concept that with enough thought, time, and effort, it is entirely possible to present well-known, existing concepts and topics in exciting new ways to current and future members of our communities. We strive to offer education and skill training that is pragmatic, flexible, and that can be consistently applied and executed in as wide a set of environments and contexts as possible. Our educational style focuses much less on "This Is How To" and leans very heavily into "Please Consider This." Our skill training intentionally emphasizes a clear path to Mastery in "A Way", never "One Way."

While we respect all manner of authentic interaction, regardless of how limited, our goal as a House is to foster lasting and meaningful relationships and deeper, mutually beneficial and nourishing connections within our shared spaces. We accomplish these goals by being active and aware participants and a humble yet eager resource for our local and national groups, clubs, venues, events, and conventions.

We are thoroughly dedicated to answering the question, "What does your Leather look like when no-one is watching?" with consistent, reliable, and demonstrable steps within our spaces and communities. Never just words. Ever. We honor our commitments and stand by our word and values as a House. We expect no less from those in our circles at all times.

We own and learn from our missteps when they occur, and are never reluctant to offer full transparency when it is respectfully requested. In return, we set our expectations for our relationships and associations extremely high, and we do not hesitate to signal, hard target lock, and move with intent when we accurately identify intentional, malicious disruptions or any viable threat vector to anyone in any shared space we occupy. We promise due diligence and exacting attention to detail at all times, and expect that same level of effort in return.

We tell our stories with every step we take and from every rooftop we shout them from. We hold an expectation the stories that others tell us of themselves and their path are always genuine and hyperbole free. We have a zero tolerance policy for any -isms, low-effort social engineering and manipulations, or manufactured conflict created for the sole purpose of elevating someone's social capital or perceived status in community.
