If you've been following Hunter Admin for a while, you might have noticed it's been quiet on the blog front since March.
Not because nothing's been happening. Quite the opposite.
The last couple of months have been heads down - refining the offer, rethinking the product range, and making sure that everything Hunter Admin puts out is genuinely useful to the founders we work with every day.
Today feels like a good moment to catch you up.
First - a note on the existing products
If you've previously purchased anything from the Hunter Admin store, thank you. Genuinely.
Those products were built at a particular point in the business and they've served their purpose well. But things have moved on, the brand has evolved, the audience has sharpened, and some of what's in the store deserves a proper refresh to reflect where Hunter Admin is now.
That work is coming. The existing products aren't going anywhere - they'll just be getting a little attention over the coming months to make sure they're as useful and as polished as everything else we're building.
We'll let you know when each one gets its update.
What's new - The Operations Audit DIY Pack
This is the one I'm most proud of right now.
After doing operational audits with SME founders for the past year, the same five areas kept coming up.
- Systems that lived in the founder's head.
- Teams that were capable but unclear on the standard.
- Workloads that had quietly grown around the wrong things.
- Delivery that worked until it didn't.
- Numbers that nobody was really looking at.
Every founder I worked with already knew something wasn't right. They just hadn't had the space to look at it properly.
The Operations Audit DIY Pack is my answer to that.
It's a self-guided workbook that takes you through all five areas at your own pace. You score yourself honestly, identify the gaps, and leave with a priority matrix and a 30-day Google Doc action plan.
The done-for-you version of this audit is £395. The DIY Pack is £97 - same five areas, same framework, you do the work yourself.
It's available now in the store. Instant download.

What's coming next
The DIY Audit Pack is the first of several new products in the pipeline, all built around the same principle.
Practical, operational tools for founders who are serious about getting their business running properly.
I'm not going to give too much away just yet. But if you've ever wished you had a clear system for delegating properly, or a structured way to get your team working more independently - watch this space.
The next product is already taking shape.
Stay in the loop
The best way to hear about new products before anyone else is to subscribe to the Hunter Admin mailing list.
No noise. No newsletters for the sake of it. Just a note when something new is live or when an existing product gets its update.
You can subscribe at the bottom of this page.
And if you have a question, a thought, or you just want to talk through where your business is right now - you know where to find me.
