Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access and downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed and access or a download link has been provided.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the product is a digital download or online course and that access is granted immediately upon payment.
The right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once you have accessed, downloaded, or begun using the digital content, as you will be asked to consent to immediate access at the point of purchase.
You have read the product description carefully and accept that it is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

In the exceptional circumstance that you experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing your purchase at all, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate. Any remedy will be at our sole discretion and may include re-sending your download link or providing an alternative accessible format where reasonably possible.

Any additional digital downloads, guides, or resources we make available from time to time.

All products are digital in nature and delivered electronically. No physical goods are supplied.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Payhip store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product(s) at the price shown at checkout. By completing payment, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Hunter & Co. Administrative Support.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the point of purchase, including a valid email address to which your purchase confirmation and download link will be sent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Payhip's payment infrastructure. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal where available. Hunter & Co. Administrative Support does not store your payment card details.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and limited-time offers are valid only within the specified period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Payhip containing a secure download link or access instructions for your purchased product. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this within a few minutes of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and accessible. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

Download links are provided via Payhip's platform and may be time-limited or subject to a maximum number of downloads in accordance with Payhip's standard delivery terms. It is your responsibility to save your purchased files in a secure location upon download.

Hunter & Co. Administrative Support makes reasonable efforts to ensure all digital products are accessible and free from technical issues. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, software version, or operating system.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content included within our digital products — including but not limited to templates, course materials, text, graphics, frameworks, systems, and supporting resources — is the sole intellectual property of Hunter & Co. Administrative Support and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

Personal Use Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use licence to use the purchased materials within your own professional practice. This means you may:

Use and customise templates and resources for your own client-facing documents and internal practice management.
Adapt the materials to suit your individual business needs.

Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

Reproduce, copy, resell, redistribute, or share the original or adapted materials with any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
Upload, share, or distribute the materials on any platform, website, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
Teach, present, or base paid training programmes on the materials without express written permission from Hunter & Co. Administrative Support.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the files.

Breach of this licence may result in legal action. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us before proceeding.

As a UK-based business selling digital products, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for cross-border disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Limitation of Liability

Our digital products are provided for general administrative and professional support purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, clinical, therapeutic, or professional regulatory advice. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that any systems, templates, or processes you implement within your practice comply with the professional standards and legal obligations applicable to your specific profession and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter & Co. Administrative Support's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
