All of my products are allowed on all avatars .

The proper credit must be given when using my products . Please credit Hypnotise or a link to my store .

You may not claim my work as your own . You may use my assets , only MY assets for VTubing / any other projects with the right credit .

2. Purchasing & Gifting

when purchasing something as a gift , please use the persons correct credentials when checking out .

3 . restrictions

Do not rip , leak , trade , resell , or redistribute my products in any way .

Do not use my products for commissions unless both you and your client have purchased it .

Do not resell any part of my products on their own .

do not modify my products to the point of recognition .

3 . refunds and returns

all sales are final , refunds are not possible under any circumstance . i am willing to negotiate something IF i am at fault with your purchase ( wrong file uploaded / something wrong with the asset ) but you will not get your money back !
