With the present economy status you might be thinking of or planning to also start shifting online or become a digital marketer, which is great.
One of the easiest and fastest way to make money online which is affiliate marketing, may fascinate you but in my own opinion affiliate marketing isn't an easy way to make money online if you don't have the right mindset towards it and a good understanding of the business model. And that's the fortunate truth about it. Yeah it's fortunate😊, you don't want to work? Elon musk still goes to work everyday day or you don't know? Dangote still goes to work everyday or you don't know? Dear, you need to do the work. If it's easy why won't everybody be doing it?
Dear, the truth is "it's always hard in the beginning" and you're likely to also find it hard but depending on your initial reason for starting, you should give it what it takes to make it work for you. Yeah, I know you're unique but dear you're also a human being and you're likely going to find it hard in the beginning but it ease of as you go deeper. It's only easy when you've started and done enough and get used to it.
Affiliate marketing is only easy when you have the right mindset towards it and start on the right path the right way.
So you've decided to choose this business model which is one of the components of Digital marketing which is a great decision but the fake gurus and greedy gurus have poisoned the masses mind that almost every one or every Newbie getting into the digital marketing world thinks it's all secret, think there's one secret somewhere.
Dear the clear fact is that there's no secret anywhere, and you need to believe me or you still go out there and get yourself scammed again and the gurus will continue living their liability lifestyles on your own hard earned money. Anyways the decision is yours, I can only tell you the truth and advice you, I can't help you make decisions and besides in this world some people are meant to be scammed while some people are meant to scam people to live their liability lifestyles so you're to decide.
If you're reading this, I'll assume you're wise and ready to learn and won't go out there to get yourself scammed or scammed again.
Now for you yourself to understand this, have a look at this;
Affiliate Marketing is a business model that you biuld a business on and not a skill as some of your so called gurus that are not in the know, call it.
So it's a business model you can biuld your business on and it requires different digital skills so why will someone tell you it's easy for you to jump on a couple of digital skills and practices you know nothing about and never experienced before in your life? It's a lie, these people just say that to sell you their most of the time crappy and junk courses that can't help you achieve any of the goals you set cuz they can't fulfil the fake promises they made.
One of the biggest problem you can have when trying to become an affiliate marketer is "learning from someone that created the course for business purposes".
See, there's difference between "Yeah I'll create this course to help people achieve their weight loss dream and yes I can still make money while helping them" and " I'll create this weight loss course since I also know a bit about it and besides there's Google and there's YouTube and I'll make it expensive so people think it's of high quality which equals big money for me".
Hope you get this picture clear; there's one good guy in these explanation now and there's one criminal/scammer but it's hard for beginners to know the difference between the REAL guys and the scammers cuz the scammers show up everywhere and the masses mind has been poisoned already and people already think there's a secret.
And humans don't always like the truth so the fake gurus and greedy gurus do what?? Take advantage of that. They know your brain will be triggered when they lie to you that the course can help you make #750k weekly, but when the real guy comes and tell you you can make #750k monthly maybe after the first 3 months of doing the work if you're ready to do the work, do you know what you'll do here? You'll tell yourself he's saying rubbish! He doesn't know anything, something that some people are making #750k weekly! He does not know the secret mumu!
And one thing I want to make clear to you again is that, if a course is actually great and can fulfill it's promises, then you don't need any mentor or expert to follow, or what is the course for? Is the course not to stand as a mentor. Then why buy the course if you'll still need another help or coach or mentor for the course? It doesn't make any sense. Anyways this is Nigeria and Nigeria things are always different(I won't say abnormal).
So affiliate marketing is a business model and not a skill.

Affiliate Marketing requires different digital skills like a physical company requires thousands of bricks to biuld it out and like a physical company requires different workers(Sales men, delivery men, gate men, manager and many more but now here you're the only one that'll do the work of all these people so have it in mind that it's not easy and you're preparing to do like 10 people's work).
These are just some clear facts I want to share with you before we dive deep into the main deal so you can become an affiliate marketer.

So the affiliate marketer must promote the link based on the company/brand's affiliate program's need/request then when someone visits the link and makes a purchase or fulfil any of the brand's affiliate program requirements, the affiliate marketer automatically receives commissions. As an affiliate, you only make money when your affiliate link is used to complete/fulfil the need/request or the affiliate program.
Affiliate marketing is a very profitable business in the internet business world and right for anyone who do it the right way(not insinuating that buying any greedy guru's course out there is the right way,Infact everything about me is against any greedy guru's course or anything of such. Don't waste your money🥰,Just be Resourceful). An affiliate program is the connection in-between the affiliate marketer and the brand/company the affiliate marketer is promoting.—simple as that.
What Is CPA Marketing
CPA marketing, also known as cost per action or cost per acquisition marketing, is a model/style of the affiliate marketing business model that offers a commission to the affiliate when a specific action is taken.
The main difference between CPA and affiliate marketing is that CPA marketing stands for cost per action and involves payment for specific actions like clicks, app installs, and lead generation, whereas the traditional affiliate marketing is a cost per sale model.

Dear, finding a great niche isn't easy work but we can do it✌🏻☺️, it'll just take some time so let's do it, maybe just 2hours(remember you're trying to biuld a business so don't rush dear🥰🤑).
What is a niche?
Your niche is a specific topic you’ll create content about.
To give you an example, "Clothes/Clothing" is a topic and it has some other subtopics like "joggers" under it - same applies to all Niches.
Now, choosing the right niche is one of the key ways to make sure you’re off to a strong start but there are some important keys to it.
We'll work on that now but you shouldn't over think it.
Now, one is
Instead of catering to a huge market, it's advisable to cater for a more specific market under that same Niche.
By getting detailed about things, you would target a smaller but more engaged part of a huge market. That is, instead of trying to cater to everyone.
Now before we complete this little task, go get a Jotting note book.
So let's jump into it....
Start with a niche brainstorming session
If you’re not sure where to start or feel like you have way too many ideas, begin with Jotting them down now.
A good brainstorm helps to visualise the information whizzing around your head. Start with the basics and see where it leads you.
What interests you? – Think about your hobbies and the stuff you like doing to chill out.
Are you an expert in anything? – What do you have solid knowledge about?
What do you read? – Blogs, magazines, books, articles that have held your interest.
What have you experienced? – Life events, lessons learned, daily life.
Look at your environment – Possessions, furniture, places you’ve visited, what pops out?
What have you bought or often buy? – Shopping lists, wish-lists, shopping sites, browsing history.
These are all useful ways to generate ideas – they may not be fully formed yet but it’s better than staring at a blank page.
Now, with that list in front of you we need to research each of the niche to see where it eventually leads us and the niche you'll be venturing into.
Let's get into it:
We're going to do this based on three things.
Purpose – Your business has a solid purpose that’s specific to your target audience
Passion – You’re passionate enough about the topic for it to be a long-term commitment
Profit – You have ways to make a profit from your hard work.
Now Let's go with these rules so we don't go wrong.
Let's quickly work on this;
Purpose: what is the niche you choosed or think you'll choose?? So what problem will you be solving in that niche, what problem is in that niche that you can solve??
Passion: How long can you learn about that topic/Niche?? Is it something you love?
Profit: what's sold in the niche?? What solution is in the niche?
Pro Tip: Keep-in mind how specific your niche is. If it’s too broad – everyone’s heard it before. If it’s too narrow you’ll have a limited audience.
Smart😋: Make a table like; "Niche | Purpose | Passion | Profit"
Niche: put the names of each niche you jotted down.
Purpose: put mark(√) if you can solve problem/teach in the niche/topic.
Passion: put mark(√) if you have passion or affinity for Niche/topic.
Profit: put mark(√) if you can find great products and great affiliate programs in the niche.
So let's do this together so you can fill the table.
1. Research the keyword on Google - research the keyword and open the first few sites ranking for it and learn more about the niche(keyword), and if it's a YouTube channel then do the same on YouTube.
2. Research the money part of the niche - if you find ads of products from a market place or store on Google or YouTube that can be a good sign there's money in the niche, search the keyword in some big market places too.
**Better be doing, if you do nothing, nothing will happen, just reading will not help you**
After doing these, you should be able to fill that table. And you should have figured out the niche you want to go into.
2. Have a social media handle you use to offer value to people or Create a website/blog or YouTube Channel if you can.
To become an Affiliate, you should have an active social media handle, website, blog, app, or a YouTube channel(When I say a social media handle, anything by Mark zuckerberg not recommend, Mark Zuckerberg does not want wealth for you so don't give him content. Using his platform for your business is just putting yourself in his hands and allowing him to have power over you and your business so it's not advisable cuz he can do and undo at any time).
Now you're to decide:
YouTube Or Website/blog??
A YouTube channel or a website/blog.
Do you have a phone with good camera and ready to show Your cute face🥰?? Then a YouTube can be the way for you✌🏻.
- Research on "how to create a YouTube channel" and create the channel.
Prefer writing than showing your face in a video?? Then a website/blog can be the way for you.
- Research on "free website builders" and choose one.
Please be creative; Use an attractive, pleasing and meaningful name and make sure it's related to your niche.
3. Start Sourcing - Source for great CPA affiliate programs and networks.
Now you've got your own little platform up, you need to start finding ways to monetize it when it's time to monetize it - read this sentence again, I said "when it's time to monetize it". You're not just getting started to monetize, it's not just about making money online, you as an affiliate marketer stands as a helper. So Let's start finding great products/solutions and great affiliate programs and affiliate Networks which should be giving us content ideas as we're doing this.
While making the research you should be trying to get blog post or YouTube video ideas and be writing them down.
As for me,what makes a High quality CPA affiliate offers is;
Good product!
Good sales/landing page!!
Good commission!!!
Though it's very hard and rare to find these 3 things in a product.
There are not many niches that have that with really good products.
So what do you do to Start this:
Go to Google and type in "[Niche] + CPA affiliate program" e.g "Fishing CPA affiliate program".
You'll come across bunch of them, both individual CPA affiliate programs like our affiliate program, Grammarly affiliate program, e.t.c and CPA affiliate Networks like Perform[cb] (previously Clickbooth), MaxBounty, CrakRevenue, ClickDealer, CPAlead, e.t.c.
OR rather research on great CPA affiliate Networks, register for free, then surf for offers available for your niche in the affiliate Network.
Then start reviewing them.
Good product: the product fulfils it promises, has real reviews(there are differences between real reviews and fake reviews, some people/scammers buy/pay for reviews so be rigorous with your research. Or better still, buy and use the product yourself if possible.
Good sales page: Does the sales page catch you enough?, does the sales page make you want to buy the product even though you're an affiliate.
Good commission: is the commission worth your time and effort? This doesn't necessarily mean the commission should be on the very high end. If a $20 physical Product pays $0.1 per sign up as affiliate commission, that's great, if a $100 physical product pays $1 -$5 per sign up as affiliate commission that's great. And it's can even be UpTo $50 per sign up, depending on the niche and some other factors so don't let the commission trigger you and you'll be making your money.
Greed only spoil business, so don't allow it work on you, what you should be after is great products that will make your audience love you and want more recommendations from you. Remember; it's better to make $10 five times on each audience than to recommend a bad product and make $20 once on each audience and make them hate you and never open your content again not to talk of trusting your recommendations again.
(You're the lead generator).
NOTE: one important thing to note here is that most real and reliable affiliate programs and affiliate Networks are free and most Affiliate programs that are not free are scam s or full of scam or bad products so be careful in this your affiliate journey and make sure you don't just pay for an affiliate program or affiliate Network cuz it wont be nice to get scammed while trying to help others✌🏻👍🏻.
Make your research on any affiliate program or affiliate Network that's paid.
And also after making your in-depth research and you see that an affiliate program or affiliate Network is paid and not free for no reason or for a stupid reason then it's rubbish, partially a scam or full of scam or bad products.
4. Give out value for free.
Now you've got everything set up and you already have a business plan(you've got your affiliate accounts, affiliate links and content ideas to promote them) but do you know what?
You shouldn't start promoting them yet.
Now is time to go to social media platforms and forums and do your keyword research to know what these people need.
For example, if fishing is your niche, go to a fishing group on Facebook, join the group and follow along, like posts, comment and chill and have fun with everyone. From here you'll see the questions people are posting in this group(both as a post or as a comment on a post). Then you jot these questions down.
What do you do next?
Publish a blog post or YouTube video that answers all the questions that these people are asking. No promotion, no affiliate link, nothing nothing just do it for free.
I know your question now might be what if I also don't know the answer to these questions??
You find the answers - what's your job as an affiliate marketer if you can't find ordinary answer ☺️😋to a question?
You do your research, find the answer and do what? And make it easier to understand than the one you found.
You keep helping them for free and that way they'll know this person is one of us, this person is our person, we can trust this person.
5. Start Promoting CPA Offers.
By then you can start promoting the affiliate offers; For example Create a Blog post or YouTube video showing them how to catch fish and put an affiliate link to a great course that teaches them way more better & how to get the tools you used to catch the fish in that video or blog post at a cheaper price, put the link for the CPA affiliate offer in your content or the description of your YouTube video.
