You've had the insight. You still do the same thing.

Inner Voice is the part that comes after. Talk for two minutes; it catches the pattern in your own words, hands you one small move — and next week it asks whether you made it.

Another insight won't change anything. You know that.

You can already name your patterns and trace them back to where they started. And then Tuesday happens and you do the exact same thing.

The gap between knowing and doing is the whole problem, and more insight has never closed it. What closes it is small, honest, and repeated: see the pattern while it's warm, take one tiny move against it, and be asked about that move later. That loop is what Inner Voice is built to run.

See it, before you buy it

How the loop works

01. It catches the pattern

You talk for two minutes; it hands you one honest observation in your own words — the gap you keep walking around. No pep talk.

02. It gives you one move

When there's a real, tiny way to interrupt the pattern once, it names it — smaller than you'd propose. Not a goal. One move.

03. It holds you to it

The move you commit to comes back in your weekly review. It tells you plainly whether it happened — as data, not judgment. That's the part every other app skips.

It won't clap for you

No streaks. No badges. No "you're on fire 🔥." No affirmations that treat you like you're fragile.

If you wanted encouragement, you'd have found it by now. What you haven't had is something that respects your intelligence enough to just say the real thing — and keeps saying it until you move.

Why this exists

Talk about who you are and what your brand is all about. You can use this text to share details about a product or announcements that you'd like your customers to see.I built Inner Voice because I had the problem it solves. I could explain my patterns better than anyone in the room and still walk straight into them. I'm not a therapist and won't pretend to be one. What I wanted was something that would catch me in the act, hand me the plain next move a good friend would, and actually ask me about it later — every single day. So I made it.
