How to Order
1. You can place an order via PM or WhatsApp
2. Describe your desired design as detailed as possible to avoid any miscommunication.
3. Make payments through GoPay, DANA, QRIS, Paypal, Wise, or BTN.
4. Payments can be made either at the beginning or at the end of the design process (recommended).
5. The maximum payment deadline is 1x24 hours after the payment information is sent.
6. Once the payment information is received, cancellations are prohibited.
7. If the maximum payment deadline is exceeded and payment is not made promptly, it will be considered a cancellation.
8. Cancellation = Hit & Run. The penalty for Hit & Run is being Blocked & Spilled.
9. No refunds.
Design Process
1. The estimated standard completion time is a maximum of 4x24 hours. It may be faster depending on the designer's workload, queue, and the design's complexity.
2. If you need it done quickly, you can request a Rush Ticket.
Rush Ticket Prices:
1. Faster (2x24 hours): 20% of the TOTAL price
2. Deadline (<24 hours): 50% of the TOTAL price
Revisions
1. Free 3 minor revisions for each design.
2. Revisions that change the initial concept will incur the initial cost.
3. Revisions beyond the given quota will incur an additional fee starting from $1/3 revisions depending on the design's complexity.
4. Requesting revisions after the design is done or agreed upon as complete will incur the initial design price.
Others
- It is prohibited to plagiarize, claim, modify, or resell the design.
- The design is a shared property between the designer and the customer. The designer has the right to use the design for catalog, portfolio, and testimonial purposes. The customer has the right to use the design as needed.
- Requesting raw/template files (PSD, SVG) will incur an additional fee of 50% of the TOTAL price.
