The Story Behind Ilm & Adab

Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
When I became a parent, I dreamed of giving my child an education that would nurture both the mind and the heart—helping them learn their letters and numbers while also growing closer to Allah ﷻ.
But as I searched for resources, I kept running into the same problem. There were plenty of preschool workbooks and activities, and there were Islamic books too, but very few that beautifully combined both in a way that was engaging, age-appropriate, and genuinely enjoyable for little children.
So, I decided to create them myself.
What started as a few simple worksheets for my own child soon became a cherished part of our everyday learning. Watching those little moments of excitement—tracing a letter, learning a new Islamic word, or proudly completing an activity—filled my heart with gratitude.
One day, I shared these activities with my sister for her daughter, who was around the same age. She loved them just as much as we did. Before long, other parents began asking for copies too. As I listened to their stories, I realized I wasn't alone. So many Muslim parents shared the same hope: to raise children who love learning and love Islam, without having to choose one over the other.
That is how Ilm & Adab came to life.
Every workbook, worksheet, and activity you find here has been designed with love, care, and countless hours of thought. I create each page as if I were making it for my own child, because in my heart, every child who uses these resources is deserving of the very best.
My sincere du'a is that these resources make your homeschooling journey, classroom, or family learning time a little easier, a little more joyful, and filled with meaningful moments.
