Vegan Avocado Chocolate Pudding: The GLP-1 Powerhouse
When I was losing 250 pounds, I had to stop looking at food as entertainment and start seeing it as fuel. This pudding is one of my favorite ways to satisfy a chocolate craving while actually healing my body. It’s packed with healthy fats that naturally trigger GLP-1, the hormone that tells your brain you are full.
The Fuel List (Ingredients)
- 1 Medium Avocado: Peeled and deseeded.
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder: I use raw, organic cacao for maximum nutrients. https://amzn.to/4bHugLi
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk: I prefer Vanilla Almond Milk. Use a little less if you want a thicker, mousse-like consistency. (Amazon Brand, overnight delivery, best price!) https://amzn.to/47ukBFj
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup: Use 100% pure syrup from a glass bottle to avoid chemicals and hidden gluten. https://amzn.to/3NVe1kC
Tools You’ll Need
- Blender or Food Processor: POWERFUL PULL STRING chopper NO batteries no electricity needed! https://amzn.to/4s4Labx
- 4oz Glass Storage Jars: These are essential for portion control.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prep the Base: Add your almond milk to the blender first. This helps the cacao distribute evenly and prevents it from sticking to the sides.
- Add the Body: Scoop in the avocado, then add the cacao powder and maple syrup.
- Blend: Process until completely smooth and creamy.
- Portion Out: Scoop the pudding into your small glass jars.
- Chill & Top: Let them set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Top with fresh berries if you want an extra antioxidant boost!
