I Teach Sovereignty, Not Just Survival.

My name is Liberty. I am a filmmaker, a survivor, and a strategist. I don't believe in "fitness coaching"—I believe in radical self-reliance.

I have lived through childhood abuse, cancer, thyroid issues, and the physical cage of a wheelchair. I didn’t just survive; I rebuilt my biology from the ground up. I lost 250 lbs and walked away from every medication—including aspirin—by studying my own energy and refusing to be a victim.

My courses, like Eat to Heal, are built on the same "Burn the Boats" protocol I used to reclaim my life. I provide the tools for emotional mastery and physical resilience. I show you how to cut out the toxic people, foods, and habits that are stealing your energy so you can finally perform at your highest level.
