The Power of the Pivot
When I started my Eat the Heal journey, I was surrounded by fast food daily. I didn't stop eating my free work meals; I just changed what was on the tray. I swapped burgers for salads. Reality Over Restriction

I just keep them out of the house because I know they are addictive. Success isn't about being perfect; it's about making better choices until they become your new normal.
