An ounce of prevention is worth a POUND of cure! ANd you're worth it! 

Did you ever notice that when ONE thing slips, EVERYTHING starts to slip? AND did you notice that it starts SUPER small? 


The chains of habit are too light to be felt, until they’re too heavy to be broken


AND did you notice it’s ALWAYS around a certain time of year? 


It could be your birthday, the anniversary of your mom’s death, any major event. 


Oftentimes, it starts about a month or so before my birthday. 


It’s not  the day I was born that’s the problem, it’s this paradigm inside me and the weather changing--for various reasons  (starting in my childhood-- ESPECIALLY around Christmas.)


I write this to BREAK THAT PARADIGM FOR GOOD!


So, it starts (USUALLY) with me eating more often, (I eat once a day, that’s great for me. About every 24 hours)


So, “The Slip” starts as I eat more meals,  MORE GARBAGE (NOT FOOD (like Sugar & processed food) and then I move less--Don’t work out as often, don’t sleep as well, don’t do my yoga, don’t meditate--and it spirals on and on--even affecting my business and finances. I gain weight, look and feel like crap, lose self confidence, lose energy, time and money. 


So, if we can spiral out of control and GET NEGATIVE slowly, then we can REVERSE IT AND GET BACK INTO THE BLACK (financially, emotionally, relationship wise, spiritually AND physically--ALL ARE HEALTH AND WEALTH!)

ONE tiny habit can change EVERYTHING--including your relationships (starting with yourself) your health AND your finances! YOU ARE WORTH IT!
