Yes - it’s official! I’m thrilled to be one of the designers for the Around the World Stitch Along (SAL) 2025. This event is my personal slice of calm, creativity, and community during the summer months. Whether you're into crochet, knitting, or simply love collecting patterns, this is the place to be! 💛

What is the Around the World SAL?

The Around the World SAL is a global celebration of handmade magic. Independent knitting and crochet designers (like me! 🙋‍♀️) come together to offer unique patterns at a discount, creating a joyful space for stitchers of all levels. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience - you’ll find something inspiring, fun, and maybe even a bit unexpected!

When is the Stitch Along?

🗓 The sale runs from July 8–15, 2025

🧶The stitching fun officially starts on July 11 and continues until August 22

But no pressure - you can jump in anytime that works for you. It’s all about enjoying the process.

Where does it happen?

It’s all online! Join us in the Around the World SAL group on Ravelry - here’s the link to the group. You'll find threads, chats, and lots of friendly faces ready to stitch along with you.

Of course, I couldn’t resist browsing all the beautiful new patterns from fellow designers. Here are a few that caught my eye - most of them are for knitting, but I’m still circling around with curiosity! 👀

🧦 Weirs on The Dodder Socks by Ciara Doyle

Sweet and practical! I need a new pair of socks, and this pattern includes both socks and leg warmers - you can knit them separately or join them into one long, cozy pair.

The shape of this one really stood out. I love how many ways you can style it - like wearing a new accessory every time.
