Yes. A design proof will be sent for approval before production begins to ensure everything is correct and meaningful.

• Standard Processing Time: 7–10 business days (after approval)
• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

Yes. We offer a Rush Processing Option for an additional $50 fee.

Rush orders are moved to the front of the production line and processed faster than standard orders. Availability may be limited depending on current workload.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping of $14.95, which includes packaging, handling, and tracking.

Because all items are custom-made, cancellations or changes cannot be made once production has begun. Please review all personalization details carefully before approving your proof.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the personalized nature of memorial keepsakes, all sales are final once production has begun.
