By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding. Failure to follow them may result in a ban from future purchases, DMCA takedowns, or further legal action.
1. No Sharing or Redistribution
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, leaking, trading, gifting, or reselling any models or assets purchased from this store.
2. Private Use Only
All models are for personal use only. You may not upload or share the models with anyone else, including friends or partners, unless each user has individually purchased the model.
3. Upload Policy
You may only upload my models to your own personal account. No third-party uploads allowed unless both parties own a valid license. For assistance, check my UPLOAD-SERVICE in the server.
4. No Claiming as Your Own
You may not claim my models or any part of them as your original work, even if modified.
5. No Asset Extraction
You are not allowed to extract, reuse, or redistribute any assets from my models. This includes textures, meshes, materials, or scripts.
6. Credit is Required
When showcasing my models on social media, videos, or streams, you must clearly credit me by linking back to the product or store page.
7. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including issues caused by user error or incompatibility.
8. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an instant ban from the server and all future purchases. Legal action may be taken.
9. Violations
Any breach of these terms will result in a permanent ban, revocation of access to purchased models, and potential DMCA or legal action.
10. Reporting Infringements
If you suspect someone is violating these terms, please report it via DM or the designated report channel on the server.
11. Model Updates
Updates to models may be offered at my discretion. You may be notified via server announcements.
12. TOS Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of my products implies acceptance of any future changes.
13. Commission Ownership & Distribution
Any custom commission made using my base models or assets is considered a personal product. Whether it's a private or commercial commission, it is strictly for your use only and may not be shared, gifted, or resold.
14. No Public Distribution
Custom commissions cannot be posted publicly for download or offered to others. Even if someone likes your commission, they must request their own and go through me directly for approval and potential purchase.
15. Shared Sales with Agreement Only
If a third party expresses interest in your commissioned model, they may only purchase it from me with the consent of both you (the original commissioner) and myself. I reserve the right to refuse redistribution or resale at my discretion.
16. Editors & Modifications
If you're hiring someone to work on a model you commissioned from me (e.g. for edits, textures, or optimizations), they are not allowed to keep, reuse, or distribute the model or its assets. They must work only for your personal use and abide by this TOS.
