One of the biggest problems you can run into as a visitor or expat in the Philippines is where to find and meet good Filipinas for a good and hopefully long lasting, successful relationship.
A lot of guys rock up to the Philippines thinking that Filipinas will think they are ''special'' because they are from the West, even though these guys can be over 50 years old, fat, out of shape, unhealthy, perhaps big drinkers etc.
These guys usually get this idea from old, out of shape expat You Tubers who have a younger Filipina partner, but it's ''smoke and mirrors''. These guys tell you you can get any Filipina because they know by giving you a fantasy you will continue to watch them, and the more viewers these You Tubers have, the more money they make! They are profiting from their bullshit and your ignorance!
The reason why there are so many bargirls, freelancers and ladyboys in the Philippines is not just to cater to sexpats, but equally to cater to the decent guys who came over to meet good Filipinas and thought it would be easy.
Yes, most (not all) Filipinas are more approachable than Western women, but you still have to approach them. Most guys who come to the Philippines have been divorced or ''burnt'' by women in the past and fear of rejection and distrust are two things that stop them from walking up to complete strangers and asking them for their numbers in order to get a date.
These older guys who don't go to nightclubs or use the internet dating sites usually go to a mall or market to try and find the ''Filipina of their dreams.'' And what happens is they have the same back off as they would in the West of going up to a woman.
So after a few days of going to these places and not meeting anyone they either end up with a hooker prowling the area, or going to a bar(s) and end up with bargirls or ladyboys. Either way, they end up paying for sex and MISERABLE because they never achieved their goal of finding a good woman to settle down with.
