I’m Jennifer Diamond and a whole-food, plant-based, gluten-free lifestyle changed my life. Through my personal experience and certification as a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, I can help you overcome your health challenges, lose weight, and help improve your whole-body health. When traditional doctors couldn't help, I became desperate for answers to help solve my own health issues. I turned to a whole food, plant-based, gluten-free lifestyle and that proved to be a turning point in my health journey. The power of whole, natural, unprocessed foods led to remarkable improvements. Now, I'm sharing what I've experienced and learned (and continue to learn) about food, ingredients, recipes, fitness, and various products with others so they can live a longer, healthier, happier life.
