PRODUCTS AND LICENSES

All beats and instrumentals are sold under licence. You are purchasing a licence to use the beat - not ownership unless an Exclusive Licence is purchased.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All sales are of digital products. Files are delivered immediately after confirmed payment. It is your responsibility to download and save files promptly.

PAYMENTS

All transactions processed securely via third party processors. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All beats, melodies, drum patterns and compositions remain the intellectual property of Jnr-Jay unless an Exclusive Licence has been purchased. You may not claim authorship of the underlying composition.

CREDIT

All releases using Jnr-Jay beats must credit: Prod. Jnr-Jay in the song title, description, or credits section on any platform.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not resell, re-licence, or redistribute any beat or file. You may not use any product to train AI models or for AI-generated content.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
